In the app
- Open Cashing and sign in.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Enter your password to confirm.
You’re signed out straight away, and the app forgets its PIN and reminders on that phone.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@analytica.ph from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and password.
- Your wallets, personal entries, bills, budgets, debts and categories.
- Groups, and people you added, that only you used.
- Your notifications, sign-ins, link requests and activity history.
What stays, and why
Expenses, splits and transfers you shared with other Cashing accounts stay in their records, so their balances still add up. Your name is removed from them and you appear as “Deleted user”. Which of your wallets you paid from is removed too. Anyone who had linked you in their records sees you as a guest again.
Backups that may still hold your data are overwritten within 30 days.
Delete some data and keep your account
You don’t have to delete your account to remove things you recorded.
In the app
- An entry (income, expense, transfer or split): open it and tap Delete. Wallet balances it changed are put back.
- A debt, or one of its payments: open it under Me › Debts and delete it.
- A budget: under Me › Budgets, hold it to remove it.
By email
To delete anything else, such as a wallet, a bill, a group, or a person you added, email support@analytica.ph from the address you signed up with and say what to delete. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 7 days. Entries shared with other Cashing accounts are kept for them, as described above.
